Adding a computer to RemotePC for virtual desktop access

Firstly, your Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop site needs to be configured for remote PC access by creating the machine catalog and delivery group required. This usually a one-off process and Precedence will tend to do this for our customer.

Once the core setting are in place, there are two stages to adding a new computer:

• Install the Virtual Desktop Agent (VDA) on your computer
• Configure your delivery controllers to allow access to it
