We offer a range of different support contracts to go with our servers and networks. As many of our networks are based on desktop virtualisation, where the servers do all the work and the clients have no local configuration, our support costs depend solely on server type and quantity.
We provide support via phone, fax, email, newsletters and our website. We aim to resolve all problems the same day they are reported. A valid support contract also entitles you to free software upgrades for your NetManager or Windows management tools.
Best of all, remote diagnostics and problem solving are included. We strongly encourage all our customers to take advantage of this as it dramatically speeds up fixing problems. Remote administration can cover:
- Software installation
- Internet issues
- User management
- User tracking
Training is an important part of a successful installation. Users must be confident using the system. Administrators should be able to quickly and effectively administer the installation. We can provide training on all aspects of your network in as little or as much detail as you wish. We tend to recommend initial basic training when a network is first installed, followed by more in-depth training a few weeks later once you have had the opportunity to become familiar with the system.
We generally provide on-site training on the important day-to-day management of your network and basic problem solving. However, if you would like to know more about any of our areas of expertise, we can provide training on those. For instance, you might be really enthusiastic about the powerful intranet serving facilities on the NetManager and so would like to know more about PHP, MySQL and web-design. Such training is generally provided at your site so that all the skills you learn are directly applicable.
