- Name of legal entity to own the domain (e.g. a company name or, if for an individual, a name)
- What type of entity this is:
- Individual
- Limited company
- Sole Trader
- Partnership
- School
- Other
- Company number (if owned by Limited Company)
- School number (if owned by a school)
- Address, including Town/City and Postcode
- Contact email address (must be different domain from that being registered)
- Contact name
- If registered by an individual, whether or not you want to hide your contact details from whois
- You must read and agree to Nominet's terms and conditions
