Updating and Upgrading
We use the two terms to describe two different procedures:
Updating is keeping your NetManager up to date with our frequent software releases. These add new features and fix bugs and are performed over the Internet.
Upgrades are very infrequent and are performed using a CDROM that we send to customers with valid support contracts.
