Context switches per sec

The default red value is 14000 (and has been for many years). This is based on a sensible figure for a single CPU server. Modern servers are likely to have 8 CPU cores and thus this figure is woefully low. Multiply it by the number of CPU cores you have (8 -> 112000. Do the same for the ellow value (8 -> 96000).

Inactive sessions

If your clients are sitting at a Windows login screen this counts as an inactive session (as does a disconnected session). You should increase the value accordingly (e.g. 200 clients and 5 XenApp servers => 40 sessions).
