Our fibre leased-line Internet connection contracts are usually 3 years (36 months) and count from when the circuit first went live. Backup connections (over SoGEA, etc.) may be 12 or 18 months.

When out of contract, the service will not stop, but the price may increase. We can provide you with a renewal quote in the last 2 months of your contract; it is not possible to quote if more than 2 months until contract expiry.
