Citrix Receiver Set up

• Install Citrix Receiver from the Apps Store.
• Launch the App and Add Account
• Address: https://access.lvc.org
• When prompted to input a username and password just put in the same credentials used when accessing a computer on site.

  • password: <Password>

Reset Process:

• If you have access to the device do the following. Settings > General > Reset > Erase all content and settings. You will be prompted to enter your passcode and Apple ID before the process completes.
• If you do not have access to the device (E.g the passcode has been changed) do the following.

1. Turn the device off and plug into a machine with iTunes installed.
2. Hold down the power button and the home button at the same time while it boots (you will see a device with a cable on the screen when you can let go).
3. Open iTunes and select the device. Then select the reset option. (It will ask for apple ID)
4. Follow the onscreen instructions on the iPad after the reset is complete.
5. On the appstore there will be a history of apps installed by the apple account. This is where all the apps will be and makes downloading them easier (it will ask for a password for each app i haven't worked out how to stop that).
6. Apply the Settings Restrictions.

Settings Restrictions:

• Enable Restrictions
• Set Passcode to "1324"

• FaceTime
• iTunes Store
• Apple Music Connect
• iBook Store
• Podcasts
• News
• Installing Apps
• Deleting Apps
• In-App Purchases

Allowed Content:

• Music, Podcasts & News: Explicit (Un-Check)
• Films: Don't Allow Films
• TV Programs: Don't Allow TV Programmes
• Books: Explicit Sexual Content (Un-Check)
• Apps: 4+, 9+, 12+
• Password Settings: Always Require

Allow Changes:

• Accounts: Don't Allow Changes
