Registering base machine or warranty upgrade
Occasionally, your hardware may be registered at its last known global location which can cause problems when raising a warranty call as this will tend to be an IBM distributor.
If you have ordered a warranty upgrade, you should ensure it has been registered and activated.
To resolve problems with Lenovo-branded machines, please request a proof of purchase from us (we'll send you a copy invoice with all the serial number and model details on) and then register your machine at http://lenovoemea.force.com/warranty?lang=en
If you continue to have problems, please let us know and we'll escalate it up the chain.
