Jump To: Support > KB > CloudVoIP > VoicemailConfig

Voicemail configuration

  1. Log onto web-portal
  2. Go to Features > Mailboxes
  3. Check that mailbox exists. If mailbox does not exist:
    1. Click on Add>>
    2. Enter unique mailbox number (cannot be changed afterwards)
    3. Enter Description
    4. Enter email address in Notify backup email addresses
    5. Take note of PIN
    6. Click Save
  4. Go to Features > Telephone Lines
  5. Click on the number of line you wish to alter
  6. Scroll down to Mailbox for message waiting light and automatic voicemail access in the line settings.
  7. Select the mailbox you would like to associate with the phone
  8. Click Save

Now go to phone itself (based on wired Yealink)

  1. Press Menu
  2. Press 3 (Settings)
  3. Press 4 (Messages)
  4. Press 1 (Voice Mail)
  5. Press 2 (Set Voice Mail Code)
  6. Press Delete to get rid of any existing settings
  7. Quickly press * twice to get * (otherwise you will get .)
  8. Press 1 so that it reads *1
  9. Press Save
