Handsets
To accompany our cloud-hosted VoIP system, we offer a range of handsets from entry-level to executive. All handsets can be auto-provisioned making them fully plug-and-play, including access a cloud phonebook. All phones have a 1000Mbps passthrough port (except for the PTA which is 100Mbps) allowing them to be fitted in-line with a PC without requiring an extra network socket.
The phones are generally powered by Power-over-Ethernet (PoE), but external power supplies are also available if PoE is not available (or you are running them wirelessly).
All phones can have a wired headset (either binaural or monoaural). The following phones can also use a wireless Bluetooth headset:
- PTC3 (Bluetooth built-in)
- PTD4 (requires Bluetooth dongle)
- PTE (Bluetooth built-in)
- PTF (Bluetooth built-in)
Phones can be purchased as follows:
- Upfront purchase from as little as £52
- Monthly payment based on 24-, 36- or 60-month contract from as little as £1.40

PTA Entry-Level Handset
The PTA Handset is a quality phone with great functionality, ideal for areas of low-use or where a large amount of dedicated function keys is not required. It has a 100Mbps passthrough port. Ideal for:

PTD4 Professional Handset
The PTD4 is an feature-rich professional with a large colour screen surrounded by programmable soft touch keys. There are options for Bluetooth, WiFi and wireless headsets

PTE Enterprise Handset
The PTE Enterprise Handset is designed for business managers and busy office professionals. The large LCD colour screen along with 42 tri-coloured physical keys makes it ideal for the reception as an operator console. It has built-in Bluebooth and can be made wireless compatible by adding a WiFi dongle. It can link to door entry and CCTV systems.

PTF Enterprise Touch-Screen Handset
With a modern, clear design, PTF is a high-end enterprise IP phone for business users who need immediate access to all of their important information. Its large 7-inch touch screen suppports up to 127 key entries. Along with HD audio, it has built-in Bluetooth and optional WiFi.

PTW WiFi Phone

Yealink and Grandstream
In addition to our own phones, we also sell a range of Yealink and Grandstream handsets. These can also be auto-provisioned on our cloud-hosted platform. These are ideal if you want DECT base-stations and handsets for mobile usage instead of WiFi connectivity.
Yealink DECT
The Yealink DECT W76P consists of a W70B base station and a W56H handset. Additional handsets (either W73H or W56H handset) are available. The W70B base station can support up to 10 handsets and 10 different SIP accounts (i.e. 10 different phone extensions). N.B. only the first account can be auto-provisioned, the remaining accounts would need to be manually set up
The W70B base station supports DECT for excellent connectivity and extended range - up to 50m indoors and up to 300m in ideal conditions.
