Accessing your perpetual licensing downloads and keys

Some CSP/NCE software is available with perpetual licencing (such as Office LTSC Standard 2024‎). This is delivered to your Microsoft tenancy in a similar way to subscription licences, but activation is different. i.e. you do need a Microsoft tenancy and not just a Microsoft ID you can log in with (which is usually sufficient for getting OVS-ES licences).

It is not immediately obvious where to find the licences; in particular, it is NOT in Billing > Licenses > Perpetual software where you might expect

1. Log onto https://admin.microsoft.com/
2. Expand out Billing in the left-hand side menu panel
3. Click on Your Products
4. Your purchased products and quantities are visible here:
   
5. Click on the product name and you will be taken to a new page which will offer a download/installer if appropriate:
   
6. Click on Show activation keys and a panel will slide in from the right with a partial product key:
   
7. Click on Copy key to clipboard to view the key. There will also be a Copy button to copy it to the clipboard
