Activating RDS CALs purchased through OVS-ES

1. Launch Remote Desktop Licensing Manager on the server with that role installed (This is located in Administrative Tools > Remote Desktop Services)
2. Right-click on the server name in the right hand pane and click on ''Install licenses' 'from the menu
3. Click Next on the first window that appears
4. Select the License program (pick Other agreement of OVS-ES) and click Next
5. Enter the agreement number and click Next
6. Select the product version (must pick appropriate version of servers that will be using this licence server, so do not pick 2012 if your RDS servers are running 2019 and vice versa), license type (per-user or per-device match that configured on your RDSH hosts - will usually be per-user if OVS-ES), and desired quantity (general rule for quantity is 10x full-time equivalent (FTE) staff if using OVS-ES)
7. Click Next to attempt online activation
