Obtaining KMS keys for volume licensing agreements (EES, OVS-ES, etc.)

Since Spring 2014, KMS keys are not automatically added to a new agreement as less then 1% of KMS codes issued are actually in use (according to Microsoft). Therefore, KMS codes will need to be requested on a product-by-product basis:

1. Call 0800 917 9016 (Microsoft Licensing)
2. Press 1 to confirm you are OK with the call being recorded
3. Press 4 for Volume Licensing help
4. Press 1 for activation help
5. A customer rep will ask you for the agreement/enrolment number and the product you need KMS keys for (e.g. Windows Server 2022 Datacenter)
6. The customer rep will enable these on your Microsoft Volume License Service Center (MVLSC) portal within a few minutes, normally when you are still on the phone.
