Obtain MAC Address
- Make sure there is a receipt roll in the device.
- Disconnect and reconnect the power cable to re-boot the terminal. Remember to remove the USB lead before removing the power cable and put the USB back in before powering back on.
- As the terminal re-boots, continually tap the "00" key until the OS Menu appears.
- Enter the Maintenance code "7509" and press the green button.
- Scroll down to menu option 7 "Information" and select by pressing the green button.
- The terminal config report is printed, the MAC address is the last item listed on the report.
- To restart the terminal scroll down to menu option 8 "Power" and select "reboot". The terminal and reader will return to the sQuid standby screen.
